Percentage and total dollar amount of educational scholarships and tuition grants awarded during the previous fiscal year to:
a) students whose family income meets the economic eligibility established under the national school lunch and child nutrition acts for free or reduced price lunches is zero.
b) students whose family income exceeds the threshold by subdivision (a) but does not exceed the 185% of the economic eligibility established under the national school lunch and child nutrition acts for free or reduced price lunches is zero.

Notice

A school tuition organization cannot award, restrict, or reserve scholarships solely on the basis of a donor’s recommendation. A taxpayer may not claim a tax credit if the taxpayer agrees to swap donations with another taxpayer to benefit either taxpayer’s own dependent. A.R.S. 43-1603 (C). Any designation of your own dependent as a potential recipient is prohibited.

Donors: Scholarkids is committed to safeguarding your personal information. We do not sell, trade, or share any donor data. All donation and payment information is securely stored and accessible only to authorized  staff under strict confidentiality standards. From time to time, Scholarkids may send informational emails on updates to the STO program. Donors who prefer not to receive these communications may opt out by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email. To protect donor privacy, Scholarkids does not disclose the identities of donors who recommend a specific school or student. All donor information is treated as strictly confidential.

Scholarship Applicants: Scholarship values and protects the privacy of all applicant families. We do not sell, trade, or share any family contact information except with the school listed on the Scholarship Application. Scholarkids may send informational emails on updates to the STO program. Families who prefer not to receive these communications may opt out by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email. All financial data submitted as part of the scholarship application process is treated as strictly confidential. This information is securely stored and accessible only to authorized Scholarkids staff.
